Arx is one of the Characters and one of the potential Companions in ELEX. He is nominally an Alb Separatist but he does not associate with the rest of the Separatists, as a rule.
Description[ | ]
An Alb Separatist, though not by choice, he too was 'cut loose' around the same time as Jax, due to his..."atypical" diet. He considers the Separatists 'idiot's who don't know what they want', weak, and overcome by emotion. He still believes in the initial plan of The Hybrid for the Albs to reach a higher form of evolution through Elex, but not so much in the Hybrid himself; he believes the Hybrid has turned the Albs into near-mindless drones to serve his will alone.
He is a competent multipurpose fighter. At long range he fights with a Laser Rifle, in melee he fights with a mace and shield, or sometimes a two-handed hammer.
NOTE, it is possible to kill him through one possible conversation option during A Feast
Location[ | ]
Head due east of the Small Farm Teleporter just south of The Domed City following the paths until the road ends at a T junction, with a small ruin. He is inside and will approach and initiate conversation when he sees you. Note that several Companions won't like some of the discussion options you have with him, so to avoid any Affinity penalties it is best to send any Companion that is with you away to base before you start talking to Arx.
