Doc is one of the Characters in ELEX. He is a chemsmith and a healer. For ten 
he will heal you. He is also a Crafting trainer if you are an Outlaw.
He sells the chems and the raw materials like Natural Elex, Mana, Recipes, Tape and Stims after done with the mission of Sticky Fingers.

- Whatever the outcome of Sticky Fingers, he will trade with you.
- If you give him "Chem Package". Trading is opening right now.
- If you tell him, who stole it and then refuse the help for bringing it back. His bodyguard will take the job in no time and Scrappy is killed. Trading is opening right now.
- If you come with empty hands and lie to him that it's already gone. You have to wait a few days and he will let you know, that trading is opening.
