Lutz is one of the Characters in ELEX. He is a former Cleric working in the Domed City
GAME GLITCH NOTE: Always save your game before you even go up on the wall where Lutz is, or have any Companion with you stay put on the ground. It has frequently been seen that while you talk to Lutz your companion can get stuck inside the shield wall.
